The Student's Pass (SOLAR) page only says the photo must be recent, digital and in colour, so it has no preset. The Ministry of Manpower publishes no photo specification we could find.

A4: 210 × 297 mm (ISO 216). Singapore uses A4 (210 × 297 mm).

Tips

  • ICA does not accept photos altered by apps or software, and it does not recommend selfies.
  • ICA accepts HEIC and HEIF as well as JPEG and PNG, so an iPhone photo can be uploaded without conversion.
