Organise PDF pages

See every page as a thumbnail, then rotate, remove, reorder or add blank pages one at a time and save a new PDF. Can also scan for likely-blank pages to review.

How it works

  1. Add the PDF. Thumbnails appear as each page is drawn.
  2. Rotate, remove, move, copy or add a blank page after any page, or tick several pages and act on them together. Removed pages stay in the list, dimmed, until you save, so you can bring them back.
  3. Save the organised PDF. The saved file is reopened and checked against your arrangement before the download appears. Nothing is written until you save.

Good to know

  • Files over 300 pages are refused, because every page is previewed in your browser and large files render slowly, especially on phones.
  • Previews are small and only for arranging pages; the saved file keeps the original page content, not the preview image.
  • "Find likely-blank pages" only measures ink coverage on a low-resolution render and never deletes anything by itself — it pre-selects candidates for you to review and remove yourself. A faint but meaningful mark (a signature, a small stamp) can still be flagged; check before removing.

Frequently asked questions

Can I rotate only one page?
Yes. Each page has its own rotate left and rotate right buttons, and the other pages are not touched.
How do I change the page order?
Drag a page card to a new spot, or use the earlier and later arrows on the card. The number on each card is its position in the new file.
Can I move pages with the keyboard?
Yes. Focus a page card, then Alt with an arrow key moves it, Space selects it, R rotates it, D copies it and Delete removes it. Moves are announced for screen readers.
How do I keep only some pages?
Tick the pages you want and choose Keep only selected. The other pages are marked removed, and you can still bring them back until you save.
How do I know the saved file is right?
After saving, the tool reopens the new PDF and compares it with your arrangement: page count, then each page's size, rotation and content against its source page. The download link appears only if they match. A second PDF reader also has to count the same number of pages.
Can I undo a removed page?
Yes, until you save. A removed page is dimmed with a restore button. Undo all changes puts every page back as it was.
How large a file can I use?
Up to 100 MB and 300 pages. Every page is drawn as a thumbnail in your browser, so long files take longer, especially on a phone.
Is the file uploaded?
No. The thumbnails and the new PDF are made in your browser.
Can it find blank pages for me?
Find likely-blank pages scans each page's ink coverage and flags candidates at a sensitivity you set — it never deletes anything by itself. Review the flagged pages, then remove or keep only the ones you choose.
Does the saved file keep its quality?
Pages are copied into the new file, not redrawn from the thumbnails, so text and images inside them are kept as they were. Rotation is stored as a page setting.
What size is a blank page?
It matches the page you add it after, as that page appears now. If that page has not been drawn yet, it is A4.
